Homeowners who contact Aiylw Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.

• The conduct of a provider we referred you to

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, first raise it with the provider in writing. Keep copies of what you send.

Please let us know too. Your feedback helps us keep the network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Aiylw Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@aiylw.beauty and include:

• Your name and contact details
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's company name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and the result you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
